honesty??????
i saw a dialogue on tv this morning.a famous speaker said "the problem is not UN, the quality of the educator is our biggest problem".that's his opinion.it's not wrong at all.bt, in my opinion the basic problm is the way the government recruit the educator.....hehehe....the recruitment test should be relevant with people background knowledge. example if u want to be an english teacher the test should be English test. included micro teaching such what people do in private education company which is more competitive.....in local cpns selection test, luck talks more than competence...it's reality.....
